The ideal Billing Document Support Specialist

Is highly organized with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and, proficiency using Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

Your core responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into the company operating system
  • Support the general document needs of the billing and collection departments
  • Efficiently sort, scan, organize, and electronically store documents
  • Prepare and send invoices via fax, email, and postal mail

    • Minimum must-haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Great attitude with a love for learning and the desire to grow professionally
  • Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to use and operate office equipment such as scanners and fax machines
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
