We are seeking 10 part-time or full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to become integral members of our well-established practice. Enjoy a supportive environment with a variety of medical and surgical specialties, including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, and urology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Self-schedule with 8-hr or 12-hr shifts, available as part-time or full-time.
• Practice in multiple locations, including Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center.
• Choose from a diverse range of cases that allow for skill enhancement.
• Earn opportunities for overtime as desired.
• Collaborate within a care team model with an equitable call schedule.
• Work alongside a diverse practice team of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs.
• Receive one-on-one mentoring from physicians for new graduates.
• Maintain a permanent position, residency may be required within the local area.
• Not accepting Locums providers, but open to 1099 candidates.
