Job Opportunity : Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Location : Belmont, North Carolina

Join a dynamic team at a brand new, state-of-the-art 10-bed LDRP Level-I Nursery at CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Belmont, set to open in late 2024. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to make a significant impact in a facility that anticipates around 600 deliveries annually. With an average daily census of 5 newborns, you will be part of a supportive team environment that emphasizes excellent patient care and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities :

• Daily rounding on newborns in-house and taking call from home.
• Attending deliveries when requested and stabilizing newborns requiring higher-level care.
• Managing and facilitating the transport of newborns to adjacent NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia.
• Collaborating with a team of 4 NNPs and a supportive sister Level III NICU staffed by experienced Neonatologists.
• Engaging in opportunities for supplemental PRN shifts at the Level III NICU in Gastonia (optional).
