CNC Programmer (Esprit Shop)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and setting up and operating CNC machinery. Day-to-day tasks include programming, machining, milling, ensuring precision in manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing interpretation and application
• Advanced CNC Programming and Programming skills
• Experience with Machining and Milling processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Esprit CAM and SolidWorks CAD software is a major plus
• Experience in the Space, Military, or Aerospace industries is advantageous
• Relevant certifications or degrees in a related field are beneficial
