About the Role

We're hiring a full-time Account Manager / Client Success Lead to join our Cincinnati office. This is an on-site position for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, knows how to manage creative projects, and enjoys working across departments to bring campaigns to life.

You'll be the primary point of contact for a roster of clients-responsible for communication, execution, and results. You'll also play a critical role internally, helping align the creative, media, and web teams to ensure every project hits the mark.

This is not a sales role. It's about building relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and managing success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Lead weekly check-ins and ongoing communication with clients
  • Translate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams using Monday.com
  • Organize and lead internal project meetings to keep deliverables on track
  • Review and approve deliverables before they are sent to clients
  • Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and setting clear expectations
  • Track campaign performance and report back to clients
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and measurable results
  • Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to continuously improve processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and follow-through
  • Experience working with project management tools like Monday.com
  • Familiarity with creative workflows (web, design, media, social, etc.)
  • Calm, strategic, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Able to work full-time in our Cincinnati office
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a marketing agency or multi-client setting
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or CRM platforms
  • Experience managing creative deliverables or digital campaigns
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and leadership
