What You’ll Do :

As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in product development, verification / validation (V&V), and risk management while ensuring the seamless performance of our cell analyzers, sorters, and associated assays .

• Develop and manage system requirements and specifications.
• Assess design feasibility, test product functionality, and drive iterative improvements.
• Design and execute test methods to validate product performance.
• Provide critical feedback on software workflows and instrument performance.
• Analyze and interpret data to ensure compliance with product requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex flow cytometry instruments with expertise.
• Communicate effectively with Systems and R&D teams to drive innovation.
• Contribute to regulatory compliance, risk management, and design transfer activities .
