Key Responsibilities
Build and manage frameworks for sales territory design and quota distribution
Conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM) modeling and collaborate on account targeting
Lead analytics for the Rentals business to identify trends and provide strategic insights
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales performance, business operations, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading a team
Advanced proficiency in Excel and / or SQL for data analysis
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
