About the Position

As a New Home Sales Counselor , you'll be the trusted guide for buyers as they navigate one of life's biggest decisions—purchasing a new home. From first contact to closing, you'll create an exceptional experience that turns prospects into proud homeowners.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage visitors, provide information, and showcase model homes.
  • Present floor plans, options, and financing details; handle objections and close sales.
  • Manage offers, applications, and follow-up calls through closing.
  • Maintain pristine sales models and ensure marketing materials are always up to date.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and broker outreach.
  • Host community events and grand openings to attract buyers.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
