As a Restaurant (Shift) Manager, you'll lead shifts, coach crew members, and ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly service. This is more than a job it's the first step toward becoming an Assistant Manager, General Manager, or even multi-unit leader.
Lead and inspire crew members during your shifts
Deliver a great guest experience through speed, accuracy, and service
Manage shift operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and cash handling
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
Support the General Manager in hitting operational and financial targets
Train and develop team members to perform at their best
Competitive Pay : $16$19 / hr (based on experience) Get up to 50% of your pay the same day or whenever you want.

Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred (Wendy's / QSR background a plus) Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills Reliability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and late nights as scheduled
