A company is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the project budget and ensure proper use of funds
Prepare financial reports and audit documentation in compliance with EU and SERI requirements
Coordinate financial records and support compliance with administrative requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or administration
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management of EU or international projects
Knowledge of Horizon Europe financial rules and international cooperation audits
Advanced skills in Excel and financial management systems
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
