POSITION OVERVIEW
Coordinate the procurement of qualified personnel with high growth potential to the customer mine sites to guarantee the competitiveness of the organization through its human resources, as well as lead the talent development programs instituted in the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate the sourcing and recruitment of hourly and salary positions.
- Review the monthly workforce and compare it with the open current list of open positions.
- Maintain updated the talent acquisition system. Clean it constantly.
- Update tracking spreadsheets daily.
- Create a network of recruiting sources and maintain permanent contact with them to communicate open positions and receive candidates.
- Review all resumes received, filter them, and conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Manage and assign recruitment workloads in accordance with personnel requisitions.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and evaluations for upper and middle management applications.
- Conduct job profiling - calibration with managers and general managers.
- Recruit candidates for the internship and the engineering development program.
- Monitor and management of different job boards.
- Organization and attendance to different job fairs
- Have constant communication with hiring manager to receive feedback from the candidates.
- Maintain constant communication within the HR department to guarantee progress in the pre-employment process.
- Conduct background checks, schedule physicals and complete the pre-employment process for candidates.
- Support in the implementation of new processes in the talent attraction department, like the employee referral program.
- Mentor junior colleagues on recruitment techniques.
- Responsible for executing, supporting, and enforcing the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety program as required by OIS policy, directives, and principles.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Previous experience in the construction or energy industry essential.Interview technics.Talent acquisition sources including social media.Excellent service attitude, good performance under high-pressure situations, attention to detail.Strong organizational skills.HR Systems (Taleo, ADP)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
6 months recruiting experienceEnglish language fluency.At least CEFR B2 - Upper Intermediate : Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
