Join Our Dynamic Team as an Endodontist!

Exciting Opportunity : This role is part of Specialized Dental Partners’ Loan Relief Program, aimed at supporting Endodontists in select high-priority markets. At our state-of-the-art Endodontic Practice, we are on the lookout for a passionate Endo Associate . With our practice experiencing tremendous growth, you’ll be supported by a top-notch partner and an exceptional clinical and administrative team. Our patient-centric and team-focused environment is equipped with all the modern amenities to set you up for success!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery to the highest standards of care.
  • Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
  • Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to create effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, educating them on treatment options to help them make informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in our practice management system.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay updated with the latest techniques and industry trends.
  • Work with our administrative team to manage scheduling, patient communication, and billing as needed.
  • Uphold our commitment to excellent patient care and foster a welcoming, inclusive practice environment.

What We’re Looking For :

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Certificate in endodontics from an accredited program.
  • Excellent clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively.
  • Willingness to engage in continuing education and professional development.
