We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Director to oversee and manage Kids Count.  Work experience in the childcare field as well as required education levels needed for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Part-time classroom Lead Teacher (as needed)
  • Manage and supervise staff memebers effectively
  • Promote and enroll new families
  • Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of program
  • Lead program development initiatives to enhance staff education and services provided to families
  • Hire and train new staff

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising staff
  • Proficiency in working with children of all ages
  • Strong program management skills
  • Excellent administrative capabilities
  • Budgeting expertise
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities
