A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to support clients in utilizing their survey creation platform while working remotely on Pacific Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and deliver issue resolution through various communication channels
Provide technical guidance on the platform and assist clients in executing their projects
Conduct preflight checks of client surveys and assist with post-field support, including data analysis
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in communication, marketing, account management, or customer engagement
Experience using online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use
Market research and consumer insights background is a plus
Fluent in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment
