Your Role

As a Personal Stretch Trainer, you will play a key role in helping clients move and feel their best in a welcoming, high-energy environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with clients and is eager to learn and grow within the wellness industry.

Position Type : Full-time and part-time opportunities available (evening and Saturday shifts required). Pay Range : $19-$23 per hour (based on experience).

What You'll Do :

  • Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients improve mobility and recovery.
  • Listen to clients' goals and needs, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with our Physical Therapy team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment.
  • Engage with clients and build strong relationships to foster community and membership growth.
  • Embody and uphold our core values : Honesty, Approachability, Empowerment, Trust, and Teamwork.
  • Complete on-the-job and ongoing educational training to grow your skills.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Passion for wellness, stretching, and helping others move and feel their best.
  • Background in Personal Training, Physical Therapy Aide, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working hands-on with clients in a fitness, recovery, or wellness setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to empower others.
  • A welcoming, positive, and empathetic approach to client care.
