We're looking for candidates interested in Commercial Lines to support our agency in managing client relationships, upholding Winter-Dent's reputation for excellent customer service, and partnering with Producer to oversee the implementation and servicing of commercial accounts.
THE ROLE
New Business Support
- Partner with Producer to understand scope of client's business, needs, risk profile, and other necessary information
- Enter new applications into EPIC
- Pull Loss Runs, Loss Analysis for Marketing
- Bind and / or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contract
Ongoing Client Servicing
Timely handing of all incoming communication (calls, emails) from clients and companies regarding accounts in AM's bookServe as back-up to other account managers on the Large Commercial team to provide coverage when they are out-of-the-officeExport client risk, as applicableEnsure clients complete their builders risk reporting formsMail audits within 24 hours of receipt to insureds and follow-up as set by established audit proceduresManage Renewal Process
Is responsible for completion of applications and gathering of necessary information to marketing department by 100 days before expiration for any renewal account being marketed.Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPIC.Process renewal change requestsManage client invoicing needs, in partnership with Operations Manager and Accounting DepartmentCreate renewal proposals, including marking appropriate sections with highlight and signature tabsAttach and label quotes / policies / binders / renewal notices within CRMBind and / or change insurance coverage, as needed, per the requirements and binding authority of each company's contractPartner with Marketing and Placement, Bonds, Loss Control & Safety, and Claims teams to coordinate client needs, servicing requirements, and marketing effortsIdentify and communicate penetration opportunities : additional coverages and products not currently provided to clientMiscellaneous Duties
Partner with assigned Account Tech in servicing mutual accountsWork as an efficient team member with Producers on new or existing accountsManage incoming mailEnsuring all proper documentation and steps are taken in the agency's CRM (client management system), Applied EPICAll other duties assignedWHAT WE OFFER

You have your Property & Casualty (P&C) license acquired upon hire or to be obtained within 90 days of employmentYou have 2+ years of insurance industry preferredYou have proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships strongly preferredYou have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, build meaningful connections, and calmly de-escalate situations of frustrationWHO YOU ARE
