You will care for patients recovering from severe burns, traumatic injuries, and complex critical conditions while supporting their families through the healing process.\n\nThis is a role for nurses who thrive under pressure, excel in interdisciplinary collaboration, and are driven by the opportunity to make a real difference when it matters most.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nProvide expert nursing care for patients with acute burns, traumatic injuries, and complex critical conditions.\n\nContinuously assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient status using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.\n\nDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, nurse leaders, and the multidisciplinary team.\n\nServe as a patient and family advocate, communicating clearly and compassionately.\n\nDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.\n\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and evidence-based practice enhancements.\n\nMentor and support new team members through orientation, education, and professional development opportunities.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nEducation : Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
