Aquatics Supervisor

Aquatics Supervisor – Life Time Inc.

Position Summary

As the Aquatics Supervisor, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. This position assists in managing and training all Aquatics Team Members. You will help members and guests by providing great customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests
• Respond to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures
• Ensure we have the highest level of programming
• Promote Life Time swim program

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.75 and pays up to $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
