Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Department Administrator Quality in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. The Department Administrator Quality is responsible for supporting the Quality department. The ideal candidate will have prior Quality experience, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary Of Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative project and / or process support for the Quality Department, supporting the Quality Manager and other Quality Department personnel.
• Maintain records, processes, procedures including responsibility for data entry of specific quality related information.
• Coordinate activities between departments and / or outside parties.
• Interact with company personnel at all organizational levels.
• Managing and maintaining all the management system documentation in line with customer requirements and specifications.
• Improve all SOP's and ensure that they are visual to the shop floor and communicate the management system to all the departments internally.
• Improve the overall cost of quality on site and maintain compliance to ISO 9001.
• Involvement with internal and external audits.
• Receive customer complaints in a timely manner and involvement with root cause analysis and putting corrective and preventative measures in place to stop any repeat concerns.
• Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.
• Collating and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters.
