Chemours is seeking a PMC / Day Supervisor to join our growing Fayetteville Works team. This position will be available at the Chemours Fayetteville Works , 22828 NC Hwy 87 W, Fayetteville, NC 28306 and report directly to the Site Services Manager.

The Site Services PMC / Day Supervisor covers PMC responsibilities for Power, Waste Treatment, Thermal Oxidizer, PEF, and Site Infrastructure areas.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• The PMC / Day Supervisor will ensure that maintenance work is completed to meet regulatory requirements and to meet the needs of site customers.
• Coordination, Plan and Schedule business unit shutdown work.
• Follow the Work Management Process to create Work Orders and follow them to completion.
• Work with the Area Manager and the site production areas and tenants to schedule and complete planned and emergency work following the work management process.
• Work with contract administration to schedule off site resources and equipment when required.
• Ensure equipment is ready for maintenance work on the scheduled day of work execution.
• Provide guidance to the Site Services team on day-to-day work execution and drive consistent operating standards and operating discipline.
• Educate / train / coach technicians / operators to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Collect event facts and enter Reliance for investigation, both incident and equipment uptime.
• Facilitate Uptime RCFAs to drive reliability improvements.
• Respond to personnel issues. Communicate and foster teamwork among various plant functions. Motivate personnel through recognition and celebrating successes among team members.

Pay Range (in local currency) :

$81,715.00 - $127,680.00

Chemours Level : 24

Annual Bonus Target :

6%
