PAY & PERKS

Our Head Restaurant Bartender earns a base pay of $10.00 - $15.00 / hour and makes tips . You'll work varied shifts between our business hours, 10 : 30 am to 11 : 00 pm . As for our benefits package , we offer :

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BECOME OUR HEAD RESTAURANT BARTENDER

  • 5+ years of bartending experience
  • RAMP certification or ability to obtain one upon hire
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, craft cocktails, and beverage trends
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to move quickly and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • 18+ years of age

    • Ideally, we'd prefer a candidate with management experience, alcohol service certification, and knowledge of local liquor laws.

    WE WANT YOU AS OUR HEAD RESTAURANT BARTENDER!

    In this role, your focus won't just be on bartending. You'll be coordinating with management to lead our bar operations and handle crucial aspects like inventory, recordkeeping, staff training, menu creation, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to flex your bartending skills while stepping into a management role! Here's what you can expect :

  • Building connections with guests, encouraging repeat business from locals, and developing relationships with local suppliers and beverage distributors
  • Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with drinks, garnishes, and bar items
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Creating new signature cocktails, seasonal offerings, and beverage pairings
  • Supporting your team's professional growth by providing cocktail, service, and product training
  • Assisting management with recruiting, hiring, and training bartending staff
  • Ensuring compliance with house rules, PLCB regulations, and our bar's quality standards
