Production Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Production Support Engineer - Healthcare SaaS & Linux Systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on support for clinical platforms, focusing on Linux-based systems and data processing

Analyze performance bottlenecks and design solutions to improve system efficiency and security

Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions

Required Qualifications :

Solid experience supporting Linux-based systems, including scripting and troubleshooting

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data management in a cloud-based environment

Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues

Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow for issue tracking

Demonstrated success working alongside development, infrastructure, and operations teams
