Ambassador Personnel in Charlotte is seeking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift entry-level Machine Operators for our manufacturing client in Huntersville. These are full-time positions. Pay range is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour to start. Key Responsibilities :

• Set up machines according to production instructions.
• Ensure quality standards are met independently.
• Monitor production to quickly identify and address malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Accurately package and document goods.
• Facilitate effective shift handovers.

Qualifications :

Candidates should be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently. The role involves standing, walking, and various tasks.
