$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days).

Hours : Monday - Thursday 11 : 30 a.m. -9 p.m.

Alternating Weekends- Friday 9 : 00am - 1 : 00pm and Saturday 10 : 00am - 2 : 00pm

Pay : $14.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses

Description : Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers.

Training : Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.

Working Environment & Physical Effort This position requires the ability to :

• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing / writing) for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally lift / carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
• Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
