Studio Manager BODY20 Castle Hills | The Colony

Location : 4680 Windhaven Parkway Suite 100 Lewisville, TX 75056

BODY20 is seeking a sales oriented and results-driven Studio Manager to lead our team. The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, sales, staff development, and customer experience while driving profitability and brand excellence.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive Compensation :

TOTAL COMP : ~$50K-$75K

  • Base Pay : ~$35,000 - $45,000
  • Sales Commissions (for sales you make. Sales Commissions DOUBLE if the team has more than 30 sales in a month) :
  • $25 for 1-month membership

  • $50 for 6-month membership
  • Performance-based bonuses : If revenue / month at studio is :
  • over $40,000 = $1K bonus / month

  • over $50,000 = $2K bonus / month
  • we have hit revenue over $50K twice in the last year. Revenue has been over $40K in 7 months in the past year.

  • Potential to be a partial owner : I have provided ownership to 2 employees already.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Franchise Owner to manage and grow studio operations.
  • Log 80 phone calls / day.
  • Lead, train, and support the Sales Team and Coaches to achieve top performance.
  • Drive studio revenue and meet financial targets (inventory, payroll, cost controls, facility maintenance).
  • Recruit, schedule, and manage staff to ensure service excellence within budget.
  • Host weekly team meetings and monthly 1 : 1s with staff to provide coaching and accountability.
  • Plan and promote monthly special events to increase member engagement and visibility.
  • Ensure studio is always clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound.
  • Represent BODY20 with professionalism while delivering superior customer service.
  • Qualifications

  • 12 years customer service experience with proven success.
  • 12 years sales experience, preferably in boutique fitness or related industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and drive revenue growth.
