Role : SQL Server Application Developer DBA

Primary Qualifications :

• Performance Tuning Expertise : Demonstrated current or prior experience in performance tuning.
• Troubleshooting Skills : Ability to clearly articulate procedures and strategies for troubleshooting performance issues using best practices and tools.
• Database Management Best Practices : Knowledge of best practices in database management and maintenance, including the ability to articulate various backup, archive, and purging strategies to maintain database manageability.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting Tools : Proficiency with the latest tools for monitoring and troubleshooting, such as Idera, Spotlight, or New Relic.
• Database Architecture and High Availability : Adept knowledge in database architecture, replication, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Must have strong database architecture expertise , with the ability to propose solutions beyond routine maintenance, such as data archiving strategies, data management, and architectural improvements.
• Knowledge of emerging data trends is a plus , such as familiarity with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in data architecture and management.
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, build strong relationships across business and support teams, and effectively network within the client and Client.

Secondary Qualifications :

Cloud Expertise : AWS certification and advanced knowledge or experience in rehosting or re-platforming databases in the cloud.

Good to have -

Experience with Allegro platform , including hands-on involvement in implementing, configuring, or maintaining these systems.
