We are seeking a Junior Outside Machinist to provide support at Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Product Family located in San Diego, CA. This Junior Outside Machinist will be responsible for accomplishing mechanical repairs and testing onboard ships and in the shop. To include the removal, repair, overhaul, installation, alignment, troubleshooting, modifying, and testing on ship's mechanical systems and equipment.

What You Will Do

• Must be able to accomplish mechanical repairs and testing onboard ships and in the shop. Work includes removal, repair, overhaul, installation, alignment, troubleshooting, modifying, and testing on ship's mechanical systems, equipment, and components including :

Antenna tilting groups (ATGs), twin and single boom.
