The Role :

As the Chief Administrative Officer, you'll report directly to the Chief Executive and collaborate closely with the executive team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations that encompass quality, safety, caregiver and provider engagement, financial performance, patient experience, and clinical operations at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and applying business analytics to enhance operational effectiveness. You'll play a crucial role in both clinical and non-clinical service lines and represent administration to facility leaders and medical staff.

What You'll Do :

• Quality Advocate : Direct and administer patient services to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care that meets regulatory standards.
• Leadership Coach : Guide and support your team in setting annual objectives and optimize resource utilization.
• Compliance Overseer : Monitor adherence to organizational objectives, providing coaching to leaders for maintaining financial, quality, safety, and engagement goals.
• Budget Architect : Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating budgets, ensuring efficient departmental operations.
• Ethical Guardian : Safeguard rights of staff, patients, and the institution with ethical judgment and professional skills.
• Integration Strategist : Drive clinical and non-clinical integration across service lines, ensuring seamless operations across facilities.
• Safety Champion : Promote safe work practices and engage caregivers in reporting unsafe conditions.
