PALS ABA Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team! As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment interventions as needed.

Conduct preference assessments and assist the BCBA in conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, session notes, and other relevant information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current on best practices in the field of ABA therapy.

High school diploma required.

Bachelors degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related field (preferred).

Or previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.

Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification preferred, or willingness to obtain RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes, schools, or community settings as needed.

Passion for helping individuals with special needs reach their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adhering to the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

CSUF students and alumni are highly encouraged to apply.
