Administrative Support For Payroll Team

Compensation Range : $18.27 - $27.36 Hourly Rate

To provide general administrative support to the payroll team.

Job Description :

Position Responsibilities And Duties :

• Provide administrative support to the payroll team with related tasks and activities.
• Provide general support including photocopying, scanning, faxing documents, etc.
• Order and maintain office supplies, maintain inventory and stock.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
• Assist with assembling and mailing payroll checks for various departments / divisions
• Complete Unemployment Claim forms
• Respond to Employment Verification requests in a timely manner.
• Complete additional payroll duties as signed
