Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Install / Service Technician to perform installations, maintenance, service and repairs of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dedicated to delivering excellent service while representing our company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, maintenance and service gas, oil, and electric HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits

Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems

Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment

Follow safety protocols, building codes, and company standards

Accurately complete service tickets, work orders, and customer documentation

Communicate effectively with customers about service performed, system operation, and recommendations

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition

Assist with training junior technicians when needed

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC installation and / or service experience preferred

EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) is a plus

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors and all weather conditions)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
