This role primarily is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing pricing strategies for all transportation modes, including ocean, air, and ground freight. This role is critical for maximizing profitability and market share by ensuring that pricing is competitive, dynamic, and reflective of market conditions and operational costs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the global freight market and collaborates effectively with sales, operations, and procurement teams.

Experience Requirements and Preferences
o Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs), logistics software, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., CargoWise).
o Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships with carriers and clients
