Job Title : Workforce Training Adjunct Instructor of Industrial Electricity

Campus Location : Workforce Training Greeneville Campus (Employees are assigned to a "home" location but may occasionally or regularly be required to work at other WSCC locations.)

Job Purpose : The overall purpose of this position is to provide industrial electricity training for troubleshooting problems of the kinds likely to be experienced in an industrial environment. This job may provide training or troubleshooting as it relates to PLC support and / or programming (if applicable).

Essential Job Functions :

• Teach industrial electricity / PLC troubleshooting courses. Courses are offered primarily for conventional in-person classes with potential for some Hybrid or Desktop Video Courses through Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other technology.
• Prepare or review course syllabi or develop customized outlines for business and industry customers as needed.
• Perform required training for adjunct and work within institution's policies and procedures.
• Deliver training programs in accordance with applicable standards for industry recognized credentials. Curriculum may be changed based upon review and feedback.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Environment & Working Conditions : Office environment is temperature controlled with occasional fluctuations. May be exposed to varying conditions when traveling to various work locations on other campuses.
