job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPE License required (SE, PMP, LEED, or ENV SP is a plus!) 7+ years of structural engineering experience (the more, the better!) Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software Strong understanding of AISC, ACI, IBC, and other building codes Project management experience with budgets, timelines, and resources Exceptional communication skills—because engineering is a team sport! Problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling complex challenges Experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects Familiarity with sustainable design and green building certifications Experience in contract management and negotiations Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
