A company is looking for a Subscription Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Run usage reports, analyze data, and review contractual information to ensure accurate invoicing
Collaborate with stakeholders to track customer utilization of subscriptions and licenses
Develop documentation and training related to customer utilization and support Field Operations initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of experience in customer data analytics or sales operations
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
