Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing regulatory testing, injury / illness care, worker's comp, wellness education for employees within the nursing scope of practice, the structure of the Client Standards, policies, procedures, and treatment care guidelines.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides medical care to clinic patients as requested / needed, and within the RN scope of practice, following treatment care guidelines set forth by the occupational health director.
• Evaluation, treatment, and case management of occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Assist providers in managing, coordinating, documentation of Workers Comp claims & communicates with Client's WC claims carrier as needed.
• Maintain Electronic Medical Record (EMR- Cority) and ensure complete & accurate documentation.
• May perform First Aid, CPR,AED,and other training as necessary.
• Provides preventive health education to employees as needed within scope of practice.
• Maintains clinic utilization reports.
• Participates in general flow of clinic operations (answers phones, checks email, medical records, scheduling, filing, copying charts, traffic control).
• Maintain clinic's medical & office supplies in collaboration with ancillary staff.
• Maintains communication with the Clinic Medical Director, Account manager, Team Lead & client as necessary.
• Ensures that employees have appropriate return-to-work clearances.
• Coordinates employee exams &medical surveillance
• Other duties as assigned or those duties that may be required as management deems necessary.
