Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who excels in a supportive environment. In this role, youll be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with answering questions, managing policy changes, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

  • Base salary of $45,000 to $65,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and assist clients with policy questions and changes
  • Manage records and policy updates using Microsoft CRM
  • Gather client information and support the quote-building process
  • Prepare documentation in advance of appointments
  • Support office marketing via social media, local events, and advertising
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Requirements

  • Friendly, professional, and upbeat both in person and on the phone
  • Detail-oriented and able to adapt to shifting daily priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in insurance is helpful but not required
  • Property & Casualty license required
