Prior experience working in the isolved HRIS platform is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Your role as aN Implementation Specialist

As a new Implementation Specialist at HireLevel, your day-to-day expectations will involve a mix of client engagement, technical configuration, and project management. You’ll start your day collaborating with clients to understand their HR needs and objectives, followed by configuring the isolved HRIS to meet those requirements. Throughout the week, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights, while also troubleshooting any challenges that arise. Engaging with clients during training sessions will be a key part of your role, where you will guide them through the system’s features and ensure they feel confident in its usage.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life rhythm while dedicating your focus to helping our clients succeed with their implementations.
