Position Overview
The Warehouse & Delivery Supervisor will oversee a team of 2-3 warehouse associates. The primary goal of the warehouse team is to WOW our customers by delivering the correct items on time. Your responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring deliveries leaving the location, coordinating rental / service equipment pickups, receiving incoming shipments, pulling customer orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and keeping your team safe while operating equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve high performance and productivity levels.Work with the Store Manager to ensure all items requiring assembly are completed prior to the scheduled delivery time.Validate all deliveries with customers over the phone - reconcile any discrepancies.Schedule and coordinate the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Oversee the delivery, drop off, and pickup of rental equipment.Organize and maintain the backroom storage area to ensure efficient use of space and easy access to inventory.Support the store team in receiving incoming inventory shipments and verifying accuracy against purchase orders.Communicate with Store Management on any issues that arise during delivery or product shortage issues that keep us from satisfying customer orders.Attend applicable training to ensure you can safely use warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, baler, etc.).Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment, such as delivery vehicles, forklifts, etc.Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.Compensation
$14 - $17 / hour. This is a full-time position at 40 hours / week.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.Proven experience in warehouse operations.Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record-keeping.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to safety standards and practices in the workplace.Standing, walking, lifting (up to 40lbs), and climbing
