• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration with immediate start
• Must be flexible to work all nights of the week
• Patient ratio of 6 : 1 with 32 beds on unit
• No on-call requirements unless choosing to pick up coverage
• Required to participate in float rotation and may float to PCU / ICU (low acuity)
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, and Arizona nursing license
• No 48-hour guarantee or block scheduling available
• One major holiday required for coverage
• Provide care to medical / surgical and telemetry patients utilizing the nursing process
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe patient care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
