Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a front counter associate at our dry cleaning business. This position involves assisting customers with drop-off and pick-up of garments, handling transactions, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :

REQUIRED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (garment bags, laundry, etc.)

Basic computer and cash handling skills.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
