Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions to ensure compliance with standards
Lead calibration sessions to maintain consistency in quality evaluations
Provide feedback and insights through reports and recommend process improvements based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three or more years of experience in quality assurance or call center operations
Knowledge of at least two MMIS business areas (e.g., Member / Provider Services, Pharmacy)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contact center platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Verint)
Experience in improving processes within a quality assurance framework
