Qualifications :
- Work authorization (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering (Required).
- Registered EIT, PE (Preferred).
- Willingness to travel : 60% to 80% (Required)
Required Skills :
Technical and Project Skills :
Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, masonry, stucco, waterproofing, and façade systems.Familiar with field testing such as concrete slump, air, moisture testing, etc.Proficient in evaluating and diagnosing structural and waterproofing deficiencies.Experience preparing repair scopes, CAD drawings, and quantity take-offs.Ability to perform building condition assessments.Skilled in assisting with preparation of construction documents including specifications, bid forms, and detail drawings.Capable of reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and performing construction-phase inspections.Software and Remote Work Skills :
Computer and internet savvy; proficient in Microsoft Teams, CAD, and Excel.Able to manage tasks and communicate effectively while working from a home office.Ability to adapt to using new software.Construction Administration :
Experience managing multi-phase remediation projects and coordinating with contractors.Knowledge of permitting processes and contract document compliance.Comfortable reviewing change orders, pay applications, and field conditions.Experience tracking and contract budgets and projections.Familiar with field inspection procedures including sounding, marking, and verifying repair areas.Communication and Collaboration :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable interfacing with contractors, owners, and condominium boards during meetings and walkthroughs.Able to lead or support video conferences, progress meetings, and owner presentations.Team and Organizational Competencies :
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Self-starter who keeps senior engineers informed and contributes effectively to team goals.Willing to seek feedback, collaborate, and support cross-functional engineering teams.Professional Standards and Work Ethic :

Job Type : Full-time, Monday to Friday.Standard day shift business / construction hours with occasional extended shifts (8 to 9 hours) based on project needs.Approximately 80% of weekly time follows contractor construction schedules.Base Pay : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (bi-weekly pay for 80 hours + hourly beyond 80 hours)
Supplemental Pay : Bonus pay (up to twice a year). Hourly overtime pay. Reimbursement for travel to and from job sites.
