We specialize in Data Management and Strategy (DMS), Data Products Management (DPM), Data Architecture and Engineering (DAE), and Data Analytics and Insights (DAI).
The opportunity
You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Information Data Governance and Data Quality. The Data Governance and Data Quality Analyst will specialize in serving EY clients in the areas of Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definition and Usage, and Data Management. We'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definition and Usage, and Data Management can transform and improve their entire organization starting with key business issues they face. Your key responsibilities
You'll spend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, computer science, business, economics, finance, statistics, and / or analytics)Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas : information strategy, data architecture, information / data governance, master data management, data quality, data integration, metadata management, privacy and security, records management, data risk and controls.Superior communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions and results to technology and business audiences at all levels and disciplines within EY and client organizationsExperience presenting analytical conclusions to senior officials in a company and other stakeholdersSuperior communication (verbal and written) with the ability to lead meetings, hold workshops with executives, effectively advocate technical solutions and results to technology and business audiencesProven application of advanced analytical and statistical methods in the financial services spaceExperience working independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints and delivering results by critical deadlinesCollaborate with our data scientists to map data fields to hypotheses and curate, wrangle, and prepare data for use in their advanced analytical modelsDemonstrated senior-level leadership (thought leadership or people leadership e.g. managed project teams or direct reports) in engaging with C-level executives and technical clientsPractical experience in leading and managing teams through a product life cycle requirements, design, development and testingPractical experience using latest technologies for data ingestion, storage, mining / warehousing, big data analytics, manipulation, and visualizationWorking knowledge of the modernized information management tool landscape (e.g., Talend, Collibra, Oracle DRM, SAP MDM, Informatica, SQL, Alation, Purview).Meaningful experience in multiple database technologies such as :Distributed Processing (Spark, Hadoop, EMR)Traditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)MPP (AWS Redshift, Teradata),NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, Titan)Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Platform, Databricks, Snowflake)Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, facilitating meetings, presentation creation, and ability to prepare client ready deliverablesAbility to quantify improvement in business areas resulting from optimization techniques through use of business analytics and / or statistical modelingAbility to integrate new knowledge and adapt to change with a natural curiosity and desire to learnProject management and process development expertise in client serving rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to understand business challenges and translate them into analytics solutionsExcellent leadership and teaming skillsA willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%-90%Valid US passportIdeally, you'll also have
