What You'll Do

As an Electrician Group Lead you'll be part of our team located in East Long Meadow, MA. You'll get to :

• Assign, direct, and supervise team members, in a wide variety of tasks. Maintain records of all training activities, evaluate skill gaps and implements cross training to meet department needs.
• Participate in weekly department meetings and coordinate projects with engineers / trades to evaluate options and develop plans to support department and company realignments, relocations and moves on time and on budget.
• Work with project managers to provide electrical cost estimates for new machines installation, and / or existing machines moves.
• Working knowledge on how to size electrical equipment including but not limited to transformers, wiring size, bus plugs and switchgear switches.
