Maintenance : Electrical, Millwright and General Maintenance

General Duties :

  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics and work orders to perform repairs

and required preventative maintenance

  • Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes,

    • conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures

    and other electrical components.

  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current,

    • voltage, and resistance.

  • Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternators,

    • industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control

    systems.

  • Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control

    • systems and other related devices.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
  • May install, maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices.
  • Maintain work areas in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
  • Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor.

    Requirements :

  • Working Knowledge of both typical 110 / 220 / 440 voltage and HIGH voltage industrial electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and maintain PLCs, HMI and micro electronics
  • Mechanical Aptitude including electric motors, hydraulics, pumps, pneumatics, gears, conveyors and related equipment
