Mountain Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in Georgia and North Carolina. We are growing in the Blairsville, Georgia and surrounding county area and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our clinical field team to provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

Overview

As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.
