Before becoming a State Farm Agent, Tomica spent three years as an agency manager alongside a State Farm Agent. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, enhancing satisfaction and retention while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Regularly assess clients' coverage needs by analyzing current policies, identifying gaps, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure alignment with their goals.
Address complex issues such as claims disputes and policy changes by coordinating with departments, advocating for clients, and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Use in-depth product knowledge to recommend and explain policies to both cold and warm leads, adapting sales approaches based on client familiarity with offerings.
