Our interdisciplinary team of over 30 specialized therapists provides individualized care using cutting-edge therapeutic technologies to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Managerial Assistant to support the Patient Care Services Manager with a range of clerical and payroll / time-keeping administrative duties. This role is integral to ensuring efficient departmental operations and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports time-keeping by reviewing payroll throughout the pay cycle, verifying overall accuracy including appropriate shift and differential assignment as applicable.
  • Assist with compliance tracking and monitoring as directed by the Patient Care Services Manager or designee.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Relevant payroll experience required along with UKG / KRONOS experience is highly preferred.
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years of college); a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years of relevant office / administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in a professional office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills are required.
