A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, SOP Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for clinical trials
Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, with at least 3 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA regulations)
Experience in leading and mentoring quality assurance staff
Proven ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues
